Cajun seasoning is one of my favorites because it is so versatile. It comes in a plastic jar with snap lid that accommodates both spooning and shaking. I used it right away for a lunch of scrambled eggs and plan to use it on baked cod for dinner.

This Zaatar is a nice blend of thyme, marjoram, sesame, and sumac. The spices and seeds are fresh and well-blended.

This Spanish added a wonderful saffron flavor and bright yellow color to my rice. Opening the metal tin, I get a blast of hay and wheat scents. Very fresh smelling. It also makes a beautiful golden yellow tea.
